Error: Unknown column 'code' in 'field list'

Hi,

I have just done upgrade, when logging into mystore/install I got this error

Error No: 1054
INSERT INTO `oc_setting` SET `key` = 'config_product_limit', `value` = '20', `code` = 'config', `store_id` = 0 in /home/sites/public_html/system/library/db/mysqli.php on line 40

I have opened file but not quite sure where to put this code or what to put where.

any help appreciated.
