Problem with MegaFilterPro results

Hi, I have a strange error with MegaFilter Pro results and I'm scratching my head with this for a few days now.
When I use MegaFilter Pro to filter to a category the results are shown on only 1 page. My default setting for products on page is 12, so if the category has more than 12 products in it the rest are not shown. For example: if I have 20 products in category and I filter that category with MegaFilter Pro it shows 1 page with 12 products instead of 1 page with 12 and a second page with 8 products.
I'm using OpenCart v2.1.0.2. If anyone has any solution to this please help, thanks in advance!
