Problem: Undefined index & all products listed in all cat's

Hallo,

I have two Problems in my opencart Installation which I can not resolve by my own:

First of all - I have nothing installed and have nothing changed before the Errors appeared - my site worked fine.

These are my Problems:

1. On my site there appears following message on every site:

2. My second Problem is, that all my products are listed and counted in every category, even as I have not added the products to all categories. I have nothing changed - this Problem occured from one day to the other day.

Custom theme?

Did you also recently upgrade your platform or installed any extensions that would results these afterwards?
