import/export not working properly with importing

Hello,
I want to import a product excel sheet to my opencart but when i upload the sheet they say that it is uploaded successfully but when i go to my products page no product is displayed tried many ways but it is not working

Hi, could you pelase better specify, which opencart version are you using and which excel import tool?
Btw, please consider that, if you have many records, XLS import can be really heavy for your system/server.
As alternative I recommend some CSV import tools (e.g. Total Import Pro from Hostjars).

This is very awesome plugin export is brilliant, you exploid phpexcel as best as possible. But import is not working, text is not written even if it is in Excel.
