I'm doing a new install and i've added 2 pages to the information section at the bottom of the page but there not showing up on site??? Anyone have any ideas why that would happen..

Have you tried going to admin>extensions>modifications and in the top right corner clicking refresh?
This is something that caught me out back when I upgraded from OC1.5x to OC2.2.

Yes just to info pages not products, If that makes a difference
It should have 3 extra pages just giving more information to the customers

Make sure have you ticked Bottom checkbox in admin panel > catalog > information > edit next to your page > Data Tab
