Products options and build a package of products

I have a shop with products related options for example. right / left, 12,15 or 21 degrees, man or woman. and I've got to work out with Related options pro extension. now I need to build packages of these options where a package can consist of one right 12 degrees, 1 degree right 15 & 1 right 21 degrees for the price that is set for the package price. And when you order the package, it will count down from the respective options SKU. and the package must be one of the choices to choose between.

How can i do this?

should i do it with products as options module and do each options as a product?
How do i hide the optionsproduct in the catalog view?
