Printful Integration Error: Google Analytics File?

So - I've installed OpenCart and I'm loving the easy of use.
Now, I'm trying to integrate it with a fulfillment/ship company called www.theprintful.com.
When I go through the steps, everything seems sucessful, however when I go to my printful account and try to connect/syc - I get an error message saying:

Something went wrong with sync. Received error: Response is not JSON

At first i though that it was my hosting companys 'ModSecurity plugin for Apache' - nope - the hosting company is telling me that a file is missing,

I am seeing error of "File does not exist: /public_html/my url.com/google_analytics_auto.js " , it seems like the files is missing, do you have the file and able to upload again?

I havent may any customizations to the installation, not even an address or logo change - much less Google Analytics -

Has anyone else connect to www.theprintful.com sucessfully?
Has anyone else had this issue? What did you do to fix it?
