As far as i know the message you are seeing is displayed by cloudfare , have you tried accessing any other cloudfare powered site (the page layout reminds me of cloudfare but i am not sure )
Also try deleting your cookies and cache to see if its working

Yes, I have cleared cookies and cache. Same results. So bad results right now that I can't even upload updated packages on the extensions. As for accessing other Cloudflare sites, it is hard to tell since not all the time Cloudflare will appear as the name itself when web sites filtering are on from web hosters ...
