Mail Problems With 2.2.0.0

Hi all i am having some mail problems with my test website, When a customer places an order the customer receives an email, I don't get any emails to confirm the order, also when a customer signs up neither the customer or me receives an email, also in the mail function in admin when i try to send an email, nothing happens at all, I have reinstalled twice but still none of the above works.
Any ideas please
???

What does it indicate in the admin - > systems - > tools - > error log page when you try to send an email?

Nothing as when i click on the send button nothing happens at all, like its dead

Is your some Ocmod extension, that do incorrect modification to file system/library/mail.php?

In ocmod extension
DiscountOnNextPurchase by iSenseLabs is this bug to file library/mail.php (in verison 2.1.x):

Maybe this extension use same ocmod file to version 2.2.
