I tried searching through the extensions but I cant seem to find what I am looking for and wonder if it actually exists.
When I am at events, I want the ability to add orders to my website via my Android tablet as I do a lot of custom orders. It needs to work in a way that allows offline working in case I am in a reception black spot.
Am I looking for the holy grail or does something like this exist?
No such extension exists. It hasn't been yet made having required functionalities. You can go for customization. Post your requirement in commercial support.

I found an extension that allows to add orders in the admin side of things, but I have to have access to the internet. I will have a think as I spend most of my money already on setting up the company

Maybe you 've solved your problem. If not, you can look at POS extensions. You can add products when you're offline.
