Looking for admin extension to moniter users (not customers)

Does anyone know an extension for v 2.0.1.0 that allows me to see other users? I have a support system in place and want to monitor staff hours they are logged in to their accounts. I would like to run a report and see how many total hours a user has placed. We are currently outsourcing so cannot monitor this any other way.

you could also use trackingsoftware like piwik and use the tracking code for admin pages.
It will show in details who did what and when.
it will also provide realtime monitoring of actions made on admin pages.
