Packing List - Order Options 'Sorting' ?

When printing out my packing list I notice the product options aren't uniform across orders. For example:

Product One
Orientation - Vertical
Material - Magnetic Print
Size - 24 x 18
Artwork - Custom

Product Two
Size - 24 x 18
Material - Magnetic Print
Artwork - Custom
Orientation - Vertical

My products tend to have a lot of options (even more than above) and there are times when because the options aren't uniform (either across orders or even on just a single order) things are getting missed or misprinted. Is there a way to sort it so it's always in the same order? What that order is doesn't matter as much as having it always be the same so the guys in the shop can train their eyes.
