Shipping for different items

I'm trying to clear up some confusion on shipping techniques...

Here's a quick overview:

Shirts - I use USPS shipping module
POSTERS - I use the USPS shipping module
STICKERS - I'm trying to get this item to ship for free - but only want this item to ship for free - so if they were to combine any of the above - it would default to USPS, but if they select STICKERS ONLY, leave the 'free shipping' option for it. Since the free shipping module seems to only work for items in larger $$ amounts (keeping customer loyalty) - Just wondering if this was possible

On my other shop, they would pass the shipping prices to paypal, which would do it by 'weight' but the only weight options I see available in shipping require UK VAT information - and I'm in the US :(

I don't get a lot of these orders but still want 'free shipping' only for this item - so I guess my question is sort of 2-fold...

Awesome job on the cart so far guys... it rocks.

Here's a quick shot of how PayPal shipping is configured - because of the sticker weight, they remain underneath the amount for pricing...

I have a Shipping By Product mod that allows you to set different manual rates per product. This will let you have separate shipping prices per item.

That sounds like what I need... thanks as always Q...

One other question kind of unrelated that doesn't seem to be on the forums... what happened with the Google Checkout mod development? I see it in the installer with an underscore - I can enable it, but it never shows up as a method for payment or checkout - remember I'm a little slow learning this stuff but appreciate the time and know you're busy.
