I have the same breadcrumb "Framing Examples" appearing twice on the page....once before the Title where it should not be...and once after the Title which is OK

Can someone advise why / how to fix please

This is a custom theme issue. Even I when trying to scroll down from your provided link above, it shakes up and down to the entire bottom of the page. I would suggest you contact the theme developer to resolved this issue.
