Move from my hosting to Localhost

hi.

Im try clone my Website opencar 1.5.6 to my LocalHost because a need make some modifications OFFLINE

I install XAMPP.

- Export my SQL
- Donwload all the file from my server
- restore de data base and change the config files

and i have this error

Fatal error: Call to a member function isLogged() on null in C:\xampp\htdocs\vene2\admin\controller\common\header.php on line 245
is you have a more aesy way or a tutorial will be great PLz

make sure the system/library/customer.php file exists in the local files.
