Hi, I have a category on my navigation bar that I want linking to the Contact Us page, but I have looked in the header.tpl but I cant see anywhere that I need to edit and this is frustrating me. What do I do?

And yes, you would need to unzip file and upload only the .xml file to your vqmod/xml folder..
