When customer made payment for product he is auto added at stripe databse, also when click at customer at stripe web you can see his email, which type of card he is using.

My Stripe Payment Gateway extension was the first Stripe extension for OpenCart, and is the best supported and most full-featured of the ones available. You can choose to store customer details in Stripe, and choose whether to give the customer the option of that, or have the extension always pass customer details.
