Simple Support for version 2.1.0.2 help

I had purchased Simple Support for an earlier version i was using and it worked fine. Now Ive gone to a newer version and there is no support for 2.1.0 just 2.0.x. Everything in backend looks fine but front end is gone. Looking at comments now, I notice the developer has stopped responding to people and their support website is of no help. I have emailed the developer with no reply (much like others stated in comments). So Im wondering if someone else can fix it to work for 2.1.0 or if Im basically sol on this extension and need to find another?
