Add shipping ability to downloable products

Hello
I want to add ability to ship (&calculate shipping as normal) downloable products.
for example I'm selling new album- mp3 and customer want to recive CD instead of downloading
so
first of all i need to add weight to product
second i need to add new attribute (+ price)
third i need to activate shipping in checkout procedure.

how can i make it possible, please help me

Just set "Require shipping" to true on the product.
