Price updater on products list and product import tool

Hi Guys,
I'm after a couple of tools and being new to this i'm thinking that open cart should have probably come with these 2 requirements in the first instance.
I need a quicker way of updating prices in bulk and i need something that will allow me to to import my products in bulk via a spreadsheet.
Can anyone help me please
