Please Help Undefined index: (sites down)

I couldn't get into my admin due to a Mysql issue so I updated my opencart with completely erased my site. So I tried to upload a backup and now I get the following message? Can someone help - please.

Notice: Undefined index: filename in /home1/lilterra/public_html/index.php on line 189Notice: Error: Could not load language ! in /home1/lilterra/public_html/vqmod/vqcache/vq2-system_library_language.php on line 39

Do you have a database backup? Restore it!

Installing new version drops all tables and creates new. With that 1.5.6.* settings are lost.

I don't have a back up of my database?
Is there anything else I can do?
