Mailchimp Integration help

Hi guys,

I've recently purchased the Extension - Mailchimp Integration.

I'm unsure of how to place the replace the Opencart Newsletter subscription area in the footer with the new Mailchimp Integration version.

I'm using Journal theme. ( http://themeforest.net/item/journal-adv ... me/4260361 )

You can find the Newsletter subscription box right down the bottom right corner that needs to be changed out (i think). I'm unsure where to start.. any hints or ideas? would it be template code i have to change? It might be a module or something that I can slot in with my theme possibly.. Hoping to be put in the right direction..
