I just purchased this and I am having nothing but troubles. Can anyone help me with these errors. I submitted a ticket on their site but it says it could be days before they answer. First off it overwrote my Bootstrap.css and wrecked the admin section. I did reinstall an original. Then after I clicked install on the module, I click edit and get this error:

Notice: Error: Could not load template public_html/view/template/module/supportticket! in /home/lisab1000/public_html/vqmod/vqcache/vq2-system_modification_system_engine_loader.php on line 86

Then if I click any of the Support Ticket links in the dashboard menu, I get the same error for each link:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected 'ModelTicketDepartment' (T_STRING) in model/ticket/department.php on line 1

I took out some of the paths but left the ones for the module for this post.

this means, that this File does not exist, in the Place, where the Software is looking for:
public_html/view/template/module/supportticket.tpl

But it CANNOT Exist, because there is no such LEGAL PATH and File. such as:
public_html/view/template/module/supportticket (the name of this file, with Extension.tpl)

because it would need to look either like:
public_html/shop/admin/view/template/module/supportticket (.tpl)
if you have placed/installed the shop software into the, i.E., public_html/shop/ Subdirectory,

or then, at least:
public_html/admin/view/template/module/supportticket(.tpl)
if you have placed/installed the shop software directly in the public_html/ ROOT Directory.

So, better be more careful, with such little Details, when uploading stuff, or configuring your Place,
they make sense!
