Can someone develop a "module" for me that would allow me to change css code from the admin panel? Would like to be able to simply enter a numeric value, or "hex code/color", or upload "image (browse)" instead of having to go into script/cpanel to make changes.

Would like to get quotes if someone think they can do this.

Also, can anyone forsee any problems with doing css this way, logistically/security wise?

I would have probably about 3 templates that I would like to switch back and forth from. So the programmer/developer would have to consider that when making this for me.

I wish I could give an example of what I'm wanting. I've seen it done with a couple of shopping carts, but can't really remember which.

that doesn't really make sense. so you are wanting someone to make an admin interface that has separate entry boxes for hex colors for every color on the site across three different templates? sounds like a nightmare to me. Much easier to just edit the stylesheet.

I agree xsecrets, it's not really the ideal way to do it, but for those with no experience with css, it can be quite daunting. I've seen this done on a few shopping carts. vbulletin has something similar to this.

It can be done, but if you're wanting something like this don't expect it to be cheap as it's quite a lot of work

No, I don't need every element of css to be "dynamic". The major things are "background color/image", content box color, module box colors, size of container, and a few other things. But definitely not all.
