I am successfully running a store and the payment method set up is offline credit cards - all the Geo Zones and Taxes etc are set up correctly to the best of my knowledge

The problem is this

A customer orders three items - the items have been shipped - The items are not what she wanted but requires other items instead

She is set up as a customer and I issue store credit via 'Transaction' in admin

She logs in and tries to order the correct items but cannot pass 'Warning no payment options available'

How can this be - she has already paid for items using her credit card with the previous order!

I cannot edit the previous order for the same reason

Somebody - if you know how please help me with this

Hi,

Seems to be some problem while getting payment methods. Are you sure payment methods are not altered. You can re check if the payment methods have not been disabled and geo zone of customer is same as your payment setting.

No - Payment method is enabled - Geozones are all set - Customer was able to order already via her credit card - it seems to be that when she is logged in she cannot continue with an order because she is getting no payment option

I have solved my immediate problem - I have had to delete the customer and re-create the customer -
