missing install folder - godaddy -upgrade 404 to admin

I have a opencart installation in godaddy, a client is trying to use godaddys installatron to upgrade their opencart.

1.5.6 and we tried to update to 1.5.6.4.

The version is reporting in the godaddy panel as 1.5.6.4, so it looks like the install happened.

But when they try to go to their admin , they are getting a 404 because the install folder is not there.

Can I simply copy an install folder up to the website?

We called GoDaddy support and they couldn't fix it but attempted.

What do you suggest I do?
