No. of Orders not updated in Marketing Campaign

Hi

I have OC2.1.0.2 with Journal 2 theme. I have added a Marketing Campaign with a tracking id. When I use the tracking ID the No. of Clicks is incremented correctly in the Marketing Page in admin. However, when I follow through with the order the No. of orders is not incremented and remains zero.

The theme developer says it is not related to the theme. Can someone guide me how to correct this or at least let me know as to where the code is that updates the no. of orders for a Marketing campaign.

I am using default 2.0 and 3.0 template for testing. I also has this problem

It just counts the orders that are completed.
