hi guys i need urgent help

i have changed the domain name of my store and have changed the main config file and admin config file to match this.

The store functions properly however i cannot access admin side i get the following error

The blind4less.co.uk page isn’t working

blind4less.co.uk is currently unable to handle this request.

i doubt it i have tried changing the htaccess to default opencart still no luck
