I'm having this bug here where I have a set of product options on a product. The product has 2 variations, ("100g" and "50g"), and then there are product options setup just for the logged in "wholesale" users, with different pricing on all of them.
The bug is, one of the product options is not calculating the subtracted cost as entered in the product options, and is just showing the regular base cost instead. It seems to only be happening for the wholesale logged in user options.
I've tried removing and redoing options. Strangely, the bug occurred to the other product size, which happened to also be the 4th option on the product option page.
This makes me wonder, could this be an issue with a corrupted table in the database? If so, how would I troubleshoot or repair it?
Has anyone else had a similar experience with product options not calculating correctly?
-- It should be noted that I am running an extension "Product Option Customer Group Wise" which allows product options for customer groups and is at the middle of this issue. I have a support email out to the developer now. I just thought I'd drop a line here on the forum to see what I get as well.
