Multimerch Privatemessage only Username

Hi evryone,

Sorry for my Englisch.

I would like that only the username is visible when writing a personal message in mutlimerch.
the Dashboard conversation everything works one sees only the username by email but it just does not when you write as Customer. Also I'm looking for where the title is defined: (Inquiry from)
