Offline Credit Card problem

Whenever they complete the order, they get "Error: E-Mail to required! " and nothing saves into the database. Can you please advise? I'm using 1.4.8

Just tried this with 1.4.8b and I don't see this. Be sure you have the latest version of the mod from my site.
