Bulk items upload - 1,000 products. HEADACHE!

Hello everyone,

I have over 1,000 products for my store. As you can imagine connecting an image to each one and then typing the product details will take me forever.

Yes, I did my research and downloaded this extension:

It needs to be combined with VQMOD but I could not install VQMOD although I did follow the online instructions carefully including watching a video from a site called Opencart Training.

When I tried to remove VQMOD it erased all the information and the site when blank!

I therefore have had to upload all my images again and start from scratch. It's not my lucky day is it?

Is it the fact that the newest version of opencart is not compatible with VQMOD?

Any ideas from someone please?

First: I would recommend that extension. It is very good.

Next: VQmod is compatible with OC 2.x. It should install easily. We followed the install instructions and it worked straight away.

I would try it again and follow the instructions in the download carefully.

When you get the import / export tool installed I believe you will like it.

It should be very straight forward.
