OK I just got off the phone with fed-ex, here is what we have been able to determine.
Opencart 2.1.0.1 is NOT sending a request for smart post, even though I have it selected in fed-ex module.
How can I fix this?
Gave UP on standard oc interface, bought Q's fedex WSDL - Works awesome and he's already proven to be TOP NOTCH in support. Save time and money!!! just get WSDL!!!
I wish someone had told me that Fedex WSDL extension would solve this issue.... Would have saved me many, many, many, hours.
