Payment Callback failure

Opencart version : 2.1.0.1
CCAvenue MCPG version: 2.0 (Downloaded from CCAvenue)

I am getting the following error after during checkout after the successful payment from credit card
The http://www.mysite.com page isn’t working
http://www.mysite.com is currently unable to handle this request.
500
http://www.mywebsite.com/index.php?rout ... y/callback -not working
When I refresh the page I am getting the following error
Notice: Undefined index: encResp in /home/ctts2i71/public_html/mysite.com/catalog/controller/payment/ccavenuepay.php on line 165Warning: mdecrypt_generic(): An empty string was passed in /home/ctts2i71/public_html/mysite.com/admin/controller/common/cbdom_main.php on line 117

I am stuck with this issue, need help

I was also facing the same problem. Below are the few pointers that you need to check.

- Make sure that you are configured the proper working_key for CCAvenue extension in your admin panel.
- Even after configuring the proper key you face the same issue then check on CCAvenue merchant portal and see to which website url your key is mapped to.

If your key is mapped to http://mywebsite.com and you are making payment from https://mywebsite.com then CCAvenue server will not respond to your payment request hence encResp will not be present in REQUEST array.
