Hi guys

Can anyone please help.

When i go to my products i get this message:

The webpage at http://www.xxxx might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address"

I can only browse 3 products.

I assume, you have to move on to a decent server. OC is a comprehensive Shop Software, not a 5 Page HTML Source.

Hi Ernie.
Thank you for your reply.
The site was working before with much more products than i have loaded at the moment. Maybe you can have a look for more info?

http://www.fashionfurniture.co.za/shop- ... ing-183-cm

Note that the product "Genessi Support Plus Single Bed" gives this error but not the last three Motion Beds ie. "Genessi-Motion-Single-Bed Set-Extra Length"

Any ideas?

Oh yes. I did communicate with my host and was informed that their side is new, fast etc. They have moved from servers in the USA to local South Africa i was told.

I was assured that all is well their side and advised to upgrade my OC or restore which i am busy with now for the second time as it had no result.

Thank you in advance

If you get problems accessing your website, it may just be a temporary isp/network issue.
you can use a website tool (search 'ismysitedown'or similar) to check, though I prefer using 'google pagespeed insights' or 'gtmetrix' as examples of online tools that also preview your site plus give analysis of speeds and potential optimizations etc. If they have trouble accessing your site, contact your hosting straight away.
