Opencart 2.0.3.1 SMTP not work

I have problem since 3 weeks with Godaddy hosted email protocols , it is need more than 10 minutes to deliver mail
then I have setup new MX Records for new Email Protocols which is work 100% on my outlook BUT
when I setup SMTP in sme settings I use in my outlook the result is same delay, and found out that Opencart doesn't use them at all and kept using Hosted Panel Email Protocols
I have this error in my log I don't know whether is make difference: it is contain errors happened while I'm trying to register new user and I would like to fix them all
