Hi guys,

I'm having a problem with 2 sites (2nd is a copy from 1st), in which i have up to 4 minutes of idle time when loading my site, heres a graph from Google Timeline Tool:

This is a random event since sometimes it loads in 2 secs, but other times when i refresh it takes up to 4 mins... and it happens not only in home page, it happens on admin, /contact page, also when i try to load the source code with: view-source:[myurl]

Try using this viewtopic.php?t=22048 to see if it the db queries that slow it down.

It sounds like your server might be having a connection issue. I'd contact your web host and see if they can provide you with more detailed server logs (or if you're on a VPS, tell you where to find those logs).

Beyond that, you may need to have someone analyze the site for you, to see where the bottleneck is. You might try duplicating your site onto another web host, and see if the same issue occurs. If it doesn't, it's probably related to your current hosts servers, and not your site specifically.
