Path to template is wrong

I have a new install of version 2.2.0.0 with no modifications.
I'm trying to run the Authorize.net SIM template. opencart is trying to load "/myserverPath/catalog/view/theme/default/template//template/payment/authorizenet_sim.tpl"
Obviously instead of /template//template/payment/authorizenet_sim.tpl it should be /template/payment/authorizenet_sim.tpl. Where are the path variables stored so I can change it back?
