Im new on opencart, but i want to make a Categories Bar with many sub categoiries
And all showed on the main bar exactly as the next example, can anyone help?

What you see is customized theme. This is not present by default in opencart.
You must look for themes which will fit best for your store.
And in that you will be able to have it.
