Unable to remove product from cart 2.0.3.1

Somehow I am unable to remove the products from cart or change order quantity. Anybody has any Ideas where to look for solution?

I don't know about that version but in other versions it was the third party theme that was the fault...


Remove item issues in Checkout Cart when changing to third party themes
