Error when I try and rebuild my modification cache

I installed a new mod via VCmod today and afterwards I uninstalled another mod. I clicked to refresh the modification cache and I get this error:

Any ideas on what it could be?

Could you list all your installed extensions so we can take a look at them closer?

What happened before Error:

• Installed Paypal Pro, So I disabled Keep it Simple from Modification list. (It is still listed under modules, though it is uninstalled there)
  Had a 500 server error while using ECC, a order downloader. ECC said the error originated in:
  [18-Mar-2016 10:30:09 America/Los_Angeles] PHP Fatal error: Class 'VQMod' not found in /home/aradani/public_html/aradanicostumes/system/modification/system/library/language.php on line 21
  Reuploaded a week old version of that file, ECC works again.
  Installed SEO Canonical Links
  Had error on refresh
  Deleted SEO Canonical Links
  Still Had error
  Installed Power Image Manager
  Still had error
  Tried reinstalling VQMOd
  Still have error and Power Image Manager shows installed, but is not the active Image Manager.
