Not Working, Detailed Admin Order Notification Email(VQMOD)

Hello,

The extension "Detailed Admin Order Notification Email" isn't working and i cant figure out why. I have vqmod installed and it appears to be working. I have another extension "Custom Shipping" that i can install and use but this extension i cant. Can someone help me please?
