Shopping Cart Subtotal Problem...

my site im working on is here :-

however when u ad any product to the cart and try and checkout etc, the subtotal on the right side of the page gives this code error

Sub-Total: Notice: Undefined variable: subtotal in /homepages/40/d291052428/htdocs/retro-reborn/catalog/view/theme/aspira_design/template/module/cart.tpl on line 19

I have tried adding or enabling different postage methods and putting in all the values and it doesnt make any difference.

Any ideas, help is much appreciated!

thanks - but i didnt do an upgrade, i did a brand new install with the latest version of opencart downloaded this morning...

any ideas?

Your open cart might be up to date, but the theme is not which is what Q was trying to explain

well the theme cleary says it is for version 1.4.8b

Sounds like its a theme issue then.
If the theme was created correctly, and doesn't have any special code in place, then it should not even have a custom version of that file

Try deleting
catalog/view/theme/YOURTHEME/template/module/cart.tpl

then it will fallback to the default theme and your problem should be resolved
