SSL Setting

Hi,
I want my shopping online chart in SSL. I have configure http and https in config.php in root and admin directory. I also enable on dashbord > setting. First installation is use http only. I try to install from https but not success.
For home, on url it show https but when i click other link in chart, it will redirect to http. Is there anyway to put all link on ssl?
