The best you can do is to upgrade to v2.1.0.x and wait - http://www.randemsystems.com/support/op ... n-2-1-0-1/

Notice: Error: Could not load model /home/amillio8/public_html/Demo/install/model/extension/extension.php! in /home/amillio8/public_html/Demo/system/storage/modification/system/engine/loader.php on line 63
Could you give me some more information in detail? This folder in your error message does not exist in v2.2.0.0 install/model/extension/extension.php! So the file would not exist.
What version are you upgrading from?
Did you upload v2.2.0.0 and install it first?
Where did you copy the script to?
Which scripts did you copy?
Need more details...

You are still quite vague, please be exact so someone can help. Too much guessing at what you mean to help... Please use name of things that you used and did.
Example, your answer was all included in the upgrade, my thinking is What upgrade are you talking about there are several floating around and without exact name & details how can anyone help?

How does the picture relate to the error?
Where are you running this upgrade?
Which step did you get the error?
Did you disable all mods?

Disable all mods before running install:
/Demo/install/index.php?route=upgrade/upgrade(after running install I get the error below)
Notice: Error: Could not load model /home/amillio8/public_html/Demo/install/model/extension/extension.php! in /home/amillio8/public_html/Demo/system/storage/modification/system/engine/loader.php on line 63
The better the questions and details the better the answers.
The error suggests that OCMOD is running, did you clear your OCMOD cache?
BTW: You are much better staying on v2.1.0.x
