Stock Statuses & Contact Page Issue

I am using opencart 2.0 and have Journal theme installed.

1. I was trying to create a new label "In-store Only". I was able to create under System>Localization>Stock Statuses.
a. It doesnt show on Journal theme Product Label.
b. It doesn't show on the product page updated status to "In-Store Only".
c. Out of Stock disappear from System>Localization>Stock Statuses

2. I couldn't find anywhere to update Contact Us page but it is on the site.

There are other information pages under Catalog>Information
