i assume you're using you were using default theme, here are a quicker way. in your stylesheet inside #top class, add "position: fixed; z-index: 9999; width: 100%;" without quote then add new class called "header .container" then set the "padding-top" for it to suit your needs

I was under the impression that:
The padding must be declared between the bootstrap.css and the bootstrap-responsive.css in order for the padding not to cause issues on smaller devices and thus breaking the responsiveness of the site.
I may be wrong...

HI, thanks works well just the logo, search bar and cart buttom was cut on the middle

I fix it with add to the stylesheet :

body " padding-top:70px"
#Top " margin-top:-70px"

Its working, but is it OK ?

It looks ok to me and still checks out as mobile friendly.
I like it and am going to implement this myself.
