Hi,
I would like to speed up my site by using Redis caching. With DirectAmin I can create a RedisCache DB. So I have a IP number, Port number and Password for the RedisCache DB.

Now how do I change the setting of Opencart to make it use Redis caching?

Help is much appreciated.

possibly be checking here, but I never stumpled over such, around here, and the Github link, shown in Google results, just contains a useless read-me info file.

I found this post in the forum:
viewtopic.php?f=20&t=146828

It describes how to use redis caching for logging and includes an xml file to accomplish it.

But I am looking for a module or instructions on how to use Redis caching for general use with an Opencart shop. I hope someone is willing to share this knowledge. Installing Redis is taken care off by DirectAdmin (in my case) but the missing part is how to get Opencart to use Redis.
