opencart 2.x missing submit button on contact page

Hi,
My website was all working fine and suddenly from this morning I got calls from customers that the contact page does not have any submit button.
I would appreciate if anyone help?

What theme are you using?

Found what was wrong. it was the carousel so I removed it from Design>Layout>Contact and it appeared.
I guess you can't have carousel there

On a different note, why would the customers try to contact you using the contact page when apparently they already have your phone number?
