Exife Special Promotion

I am using the Exife Special Promotions Extension and having an issue
I want to add product X and then use the auto add feature to add product Y for every product X that is added? How do I set up the conditions for this to work correctly?
Example, If i have 4 of Product X added I want 4 of Product Y Added.
